Missing plan or no active subscription
If there is no active plan, you’ll need to purchase one to reactivate trading.
Step 2: Confirm Payment Completion
If you recently signed up, verify that your plan purchase went through successfully. You can:
Check your email for a payment confirmation receipt
Review transaction status in your account billing section
Contact support if the payment was made but the account hasn’t activated
Step 3: Check for Rule Violations or Account Failures
Your account may have been paused or marked inactive due to:
Exceeding max drawdown limits
Violating trading rules (e.g., contract size, consistency rule)
Breaching terms of use (e.g., hedging, trade copying)
