The 30% Consistency Rule applies to every payout request
Accounts with prolonged inactivity (weeks without trades) may be reviewed
All risk parameters—such as drawdown and position limits—remain active at all times
Can You Lose Prime Status?
Yes. Your account can still be failed for the following:
Violating the trailing drawdown
Exceeding your allowed position size
Requesting payouts without meeting consistency or trading day requirements
Remaining inactive for an extended period without notice
Important: Prime Plans cannot be reset once failed. A new plan must be purchased to resume trading.
