Summary
After purchasing a MegaTrader plan and completing your account setup, you’ll be given access to either a Challenge Account (if your plan requires evaluation) or a Funded Plan account (if you’ve already passed or selected an instant funding option). This article explains how to locate your credentials and begin trading.
Plan Confirmation
Once you’ve completed your purchase at https://subscriptions.megatrader.io, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
This email includes:
Your plan details (Growth, Elite, or Funded Plan)
The account size and trading phase (Evaluation or Funded Plan)
A note that credentials will be issued shortly or are already available inside your dashboard
If you're required to complete a challenge first, your account will begin in the Evaluation Phase. If you purchased a Funded Plan, you’ll skip the challenge and receive trading credentials right away.
Dashboard Access
To access your dashboard, go to:
https://portal.megatrader.io
Log in using your email and password (created during signup). If you haven’t yet set your password, check your inbox for the email prompting you to do so.
Inside your dashboard, you’ll find:
Your account status (Evaluation or Funded Plan)
Account size and plan type
Number of trading days completed
Payout eligibility progress
Actions like submitting a payout request or resetting a failed account (if applicable)
Finding Your Credentials
Once your trading account is provisioned, you'll see a “Trading Credentials” section inside the dashboard.
There, you’ll find:
Platform: NinjaTrader, Tradovate, or Project X (depending on your selection and availability)
Account login or user ID
Server or connection details
Password or one-time setup instructions
Use these credentials to log into your trading platform and begin trading.
What If I Don’t See My Account?
If your account status still shows as “Pending” or no credentials appear after 30 minutes:
Double-check your email for any missing verification or setup steps
Log out and back into your portal to refresh your status
If still unresolved, contact support for assistance
Most accounts are activated within a few minutes, but some provisioning may take slightly longer depending on the platform.
