If you can’t log into MegaTraderX, it’s usually due to account activation, credential errors, or browser/device issues. This guide shows common causes and fixes.
1. Ensure Account Is Fully Activated
You must have an active MegaTrader plan (Elite, Growth, or Funded).
You’ll see your MegaTraderX credentials in the dashboard once active.
If your account is still pending or payment hasn’t cleared, login will fail.
2. Check Login Credentials
Use only the credentials shown in your dashboard:
Username – displayed in the Account Overview tab
Password – the one you created at registration
Do not use your email address or any other credentials.
3. Complete First-Time Setup
On first login, MegaTraderX may prompt you to:
Accept the Non-Professional Data Agreement
Confirm your account details
Incomplete setup can cause login loops or blocked sessions.
4. Browser or Device Issues
MegaTraderX runs on web and mobile. If you have issues:
Use Chrome or another modern browser
Clear cache and cookies
Disable extensions and pop-up blockers
Ensure JavaScript is enabled
On mobile, update to the latest app version
5. Session Timeouts or Multi-Logins
Logging in on multiple devices or leaving sessions idle can trigger timeouts
Log out from all devices, then log back in on one browser or device
Avoid private/incognito mode for stable sessions
