Check Your Credentials
Make sure you're using the correct email address and password. If you recently reset your password, ensure you're using the updated one. Passwords are case-sensitive.
If unsure, click “Forgot Password” on the login page to request a reset.
Confirm Your Email is Verified
New users must verify their email address before logging in. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for a verification email from MegaTrader. If you didn’t receive one, try resending from the login page.
Clear Browser Cache & Cookies
Sometimes cached data or cookies interfere with login sessions. Try:
Clearing your browser cache and cookies
Opening the dashboard in Incognito Mode or a different browser
Trying from a different device (desktop or mobile)
Make Sure You Registered with a Plan
Users must complete a plan purchase during registration. If you tried to register but didn’t complete a plan payment, your account may not be active yet.
Disable Autofill/Password Managers
Saved credentials from autofill or browser password managers may populate outdated or incorrect login info. Try typing everything in manually.
