How to Submit a Support Ticket to MegaTrader

Email Our Support Team

You can open a ticket simply by sending an email to:

Be sure to include:

  • The email associated with your account

  • A detailed description of your issue

  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages


Use the Live Chat Button

Click the chat icon located in the bottom right corner of your screen. This opens a live support window where you can:

  • Chat with an agent (if available)

  • Submit a message or request when chat is offline

  • Track previous support responses


Use the Home Screen “Tickets” Option

On your MegaTrader dashboard home screen, you’ll see a Support or Tickets section. Click this to:

  • View past tickets

  • Create a new request

  • Track resolution status
