Before viewing real-time quotes or placing trades, all users must complete the Non-Professional Data Agreement inside MegaTraderX. This is required by CME Group and other exchanges.
Why This Agreement Is Required
Exchanges require all traders to be classified as professional or non-professional. This impacts eligibility and the cost of live data.
Most traders qualify as non-professional, but the agreement is mandatory for all accounts — Elite, Growth, and Funded — including evaluation phases.
Where to Sign the Agreement
The agreement appears on your first login to MegaTraderX.
Steps:
Log in with the credentials shown in your dashboard.
Accept the Non-Professional Data Agreement prompt.
Once submitted, live market data activates within minutes.
If you don’t see the prompt:
Confirm your account is active
Log out and back in
Try a private browser window
What the Agreement Includes
You will confirm that:
You are not registered with any financial authority (SEC, FINRA, CFTC)
You do not act as an investment advisor or manage client funds
You trade only for your personal account
You will not redistribute or resell market data
