This requirement applies to all MegaTrader accounts, regardless of plan type (Growth, Elite, or Funded), and must be completed even if you're still in the evaluation phase.
Where to Sign the Agreement
The agreement is presented during your first login to the MegaX platform. After receiving your credentials in the MegaTrader dashboard, log in to MegaX using the provided link. A prompt will appear asking you to verify your non-professional status and accept the terms.
If you do not see the prompt:
Make sure your account is fully activated
Try logging out and back in
Use a private browser window to ensure nothing is blocked
Once the agreement is submitted, live data is typically activated within a few minutes.
What the Agreement Includes
You will be asked to confirm that:
You are not registered with any financial regulatory agency (e.g., SEC, FINRA, CFTC)
You do not operate as an investment advisor or manage client funds
You are trading solely for your own personal account
You will not redistribute or resell market data in any form
Submitting false information may result in data restrictions or account suspension under exchange rules.
