Why Was My Payout Request Denied ?

Common reasons for payout rejection.

Updated over 4 months ago

Summary

MegaTrader reviews all payout requests carefully. If denied, it usually means eligibility, rule compliance, or account info requirements weren’t met.

Incomplete Trading Requirements

Requests will be denied if you haven’t:

  • Completed the minimum trading days (e.g., 7 days for Funded Plan)

  • Reached your profit target tier

  • Met the Consistency Rule

If you have the Anytime Payout Add-On, the trading day requirement is waived.

Breaching Account Limits

Your payout is denied if your account fails before review. Examples include:

  • Falling below the drawdown buffer

  • Violating max contract limits

  • Breaking other plan rules

Incorrect or Incomplete Information

Mistakes in payout details can cause rejection:

  • Wrong email or crypto wallet entry

  • Mismatched info between profile and payout request

  • Missing KYC verification (required before first payout)

Technical or Compliance Flags

Payouts may be denied if compliance systems flag your account for:

  • Trade copying or team trading

  • Hedging or product violations

  • Exploiting latency or automation loopholes

Request Submitted Too Early

Rejections can occur if you:

  • Submit before reconciliation (5:00 PM–8:00 PM EST)

  • Continue trading after submitting and break rules

What To Do If Denied

  • Review the reason in your rejection message

  • Fix the issue and meet all requirements

  • Re-submit your request in the next eligible payout window
