Understanding Your Subscription

Learn how to manage your plan, billing cycle, and order history.

Summary

The Manage Subscription tab is where you can view and manage your active plan. The layout differs depending on whether you purchased an Elite, Growth, or Funded plan.


Elite and Growth Plans

For Elite and Growth accounts, subscriptions are billed monthly. Inside the Manage Subscription tab you’ll see:

  • Active plan type and account size

  • Days remaining until next payment

  • Subscription cost per month

  • Auto-renew option toggle

  • Actions: Reset, Change Payment Method, or Cancel

You’ll also find Objectives (profit target, minimum trading days, max contracts) and Rules (drawdown type, daily loss limits). These details update based on your specific plan.

At the bottom, the Related Orders section shows all past payments and their status (Completed, Pending, Cancelled, Refunded, Failed).


Funded Plans

Funded accounts are a one-time purchase and do not renew monthly. Instead, the Manage Subscription tab displays:

  • Active Funded Plan and account size

  • Total purchases made on this plan

  • One-time fee (no renewal date)

  • Order Again option for buying another plan

Objectives and rules display just like Elite and Growth, but the billing section is simplified since no subscription is tied to the account.


Managing Your Subscription

From the Manage Subscription tab you can:

  • Track billing cycles and payments (Elite & Growth)

  • View one-time purchase status (Funded)

  • Change payment method if needed

  • Cancel or reset accounts (if available for your plan)
