The Profile Modal lets you update billing details, personal info, passwords, and security settings. Keeping this section updated ensures smooth payments and account protection.
Personal Information
Under Personal Information, you can edit:
First and last name
Email address
Phone number
Billing address (street, city, state, postal code, country)
Make sure your billing details match your payment method to avoid failed transactions.
Verification
The Verification tab is where you confirm your identity.
Steps include:
Check that your details match your government-issued ID.
Upload a photo of your ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.).
Take a live photo of yourself for verification.
Wait for confirmation (usually under one minute).
Once verified, you’ll see a VERIFIED status in your profile.
Changing Your Password
Under Password, you can:
Enter your current password
Set a new password
Confirm it to save changes
If the new passwords don’t match, you’ll see an error message.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
For extra security, you can enable 2FA:
Scan the QR code or enter the secret key into your authenticator app.
Enter the 6-digit code shown in the app.
Confirm to activate.
Once enabled, you’ll need to enter a code each time you log in.
